I have been meaning to write a feedback for you for many days but it kept getting delayed because of some work at home. Even though it has been a month since the wedding, I really didn’t want to miss the opportunity to say THANK YOU for everything you did in those two days. I have never come across someone who is so polite, accommodating and approachable. I remember calling you so many times to clarify every small doubt and I loved how you patiently answered all my questions. Even on the previous night of the wedding, I called you at 11pm because of some emergency and you still attended my call and helped me with my emergency!!! My entire family was very impressed with the way you and your staff were so helpful and caring. Right from getting the rooms ready earlier than expected, to making sure my guests are comfortable, you took care of everything. We still talk about how my wedding went smoothly because of you : )
You really are a savior for people trying to host a successful event.

Marriage of daughter at the MLR Convention Centre (20th August, 2021)

I had my sister’s wedding here in MLR convention on the 28th of Dec 2020. Since it was a very small gathering of 30 people, due to the pandemic we used the 1st floor gallery as the venue at MLR convention. Where do I begin, everyone knows that MLR is a gorgeous property, and we wanted a simple and elegant look for the wedding, keeping its structural and scenic beauty intact.

The very first day I was introduced to the manager of the property Mr. Prasanna, he was such a delight to speak to. He was so soft-spoken and the way he interacted just showed how much he cared. He helped us with every little thing that one can think of, including hooking us up with the right decorator. Prasanna clearly understood our minimalistic approach and really helped us executing it seamlessly. I couldn’t have imagined a better venue or a better person incharge of this beautiful place. Every wedding or big function has so many stressful situations related to different vendors but I can assure everyone that atleast one stress can be off your list if you choose this place. Prasanna and his whole team did such a fabulous job that we are really grateful to him.

The way in which they accommodated all external vendors like caterers etc and the sensitivity that he showed in some specific situations was just amazing. Even the rooms for guests to stay or small unexpected requests here and there were very beautifully handled by Prasanna. He in the beginning of signing up the place had told me that he pays extra attention to weddings and he really stood by his word. The commitment from him and his team made all the difference in the world.

I really like to thank Prasanna for really making this one of the best events of our life.

Marriage of sister at the MLR Convention Centre (28 Dec, 2020)

Marriage of daughter at the MLR Convention Centre at Whitefield (26 Nov, 2020)

MLR, J P Nagar, is the place that pops up at once in my mind whenever we plan for a celebration, be it a big event like marriage, wedding reception or a cosy get-together of family members, friends or old student re-unions.

We choose this venue again and again (this is the 3rd time first was our Engineering college old students re-union in Feb 13, second was my daughter’s marriage in March 14 and now my son’s post wedding family get-together.

As we, the hosts feel very happy and eager to come back to MLR, JP Nagar, so do our guests.

The vast and cool expanses of the interiors, the earthy external spaces with manicured lawn, age old trees, green background add traditional aura to the auspicious rituals and celebrations that bond people.

The staff and service providers at your venue were very polite, co-operative & sensitive to our needs like rescheduling the date due to sudden demise of my mother-in-law. I thank Mr. Prasanna and Mr. Raghavendra for this.

Your staff came up with suggestions and solutions to few situations like sudden rains.

To sum up, we love to be at MLR and strongly recommend this venue which has very good customer centricity practices & procedures based on great vision and customer satisfaction as mission.

Our Family get together at MLR on 8th Nov 19

It was wonderful to have you as Sr.Manager at MLR. You were so caring and concerned to encourage me that “Mr.Subramanian, you please take care of Wedding Rituals; We will take care of the arrangements & readiness of the Hall and Venue for Rituals“.

You kept up your promise in all respects. We thank you a lot wholeheartedly. Right from Reception of Bride and Groom on 23rd Oct, till we vacated MLR on 25/Oct, you have taken utmost care.

The cleanliness of Wedding Hall, Dining Hall, Suites, Rooms, Common Restrooms etc were maintained very well.

Courtesy of your Security to help elderly people on rainy day (23rd) was appreciated by all.

Everything went on well. Special thanks to You, Mr.Raghavendra, Mr.Prabhakar, Mr.Ravi and all the staff (including Security). We have not received any negative report from our Sammandhi family.

Parents of Ms.Sowmeya whose wedding was conducted at MLR Convention Center, J.P.Nagar, Bangalore (23-25 Oct, 2019)

I celebrated the wedding of my daughter Sow. Vasudha with Chi. Kashyap at the MLR Convention Centre @ J P Nagar from January 22 to 24, 2019. I am delighted to tell you that all of us enjoyed our stay there. Many of the visitors appreciated the following in particular:

  1. Excellent maintenance including cleanliness.
  2. Courteous, honest and helpful staff. 
  3. Parking.
  4. Lifts.
  5. Ambience of the place.

To this let me add my own experience. When I first came to look at the place, Mr. Raghavendra at the Front Desk made the terms and conditions clear to me. All the promises were kept. Both when I checked in and checked out, meter readings for electricity and water were recorded in my presence. There was no reason for us to remind or follow up on anything. In fact, we did not have to go to the office even once during our stay. On the whole, the relationship was professional, friendly and memorable.
